The Pennsylvania Brittany Club was established in 1959 as a regional club of the American Brittany Club. In 1964 the club purchased the property in Venango County where all of our field events and meetings are held. We own approximately 180 acres with a house, barn and water & electric for camping. To our knowledge, we are the only ABC affiliated Brittany club in the country that owns its own grounds.

Our membership includes Brittany owners, competitors, and breeders from all of Western Pennsylvania and a few from Ohio and New York. We sponsor AKC field trials (horseback handled) in the spring and fall, a specialty show in the summer, an AKC walking field trial in the fall and two or three other "fun days" throughout the year. Membership meetings are held in January and June. Click here for some pictures of the club when events are being held.

In memory..............Ella Conable
The Pennsylvania Brittany, American Brittany Club and nation-wide Brittany community lost a dear friend with the passing of Ella Conable. A life-time member of the ABC and field trial hall of fame Ella's contributions to the Brittany word as a competitor, magazine editor and active club member are now part of our breed history.
